Saturday morning drill swap saved a neighbor's fence project

We had 14 people show up for the monthly tool return at the library on Saturday, and one guy realized he borrowed our hammer drill but forgot the chuck key at home. I grabbed a spare from our lost and found box, and he finished his fence posts in under 2 hours instead of driving 40 minutes back to his place. Has anyone else run into a missing accessory that almost killed a whole day's work?
