Just realized our community tool library needs a saw sharpener

I was talking to my neighbor Pete after we both borrowed the circular saw from the library. He mentioned he gave up on using it because the blade was so dull it kept binding up on pine boards. I had the same problem last month but just figured it was me not knowing how to use it right. Pete said he checked and the blade looked original to the saw, probably years old by now. That got me thinking how we never really maintain the cutting tools, just swap them out when they break. We have like 30 members borrowing that saw every few weeks and nobody thought to check the blade. Has anyone else dealt with tool maintenance issues at their library or found a cheap way to keep blades sharp?

Wait, isn't it usually the blade thats dull not the saw itself lol?
