Warning: hit 1,200 logged dives in February and my body finally sent the bill
Ngl I always figured the number was just bragging rights until I pulled my log book last month and saw 1,218 total, with 640 of those in the Gulf doing pipeline inspection out of Fourchon. My right shoulder has been locking up on the ladder for about six weeks now and I kept telling myself it was nothing. Turns out 20 years of hauling gear in a drysuit adds up way faster than I thought. Any of you older guys dealt with the shoulder thing, and did dry suit diving make it worse for you or is it just the ladder reps?
