My notebook is retired thanks to dive logging apps
I was a die-hard fan of writing dive details in a notebook. It seemed reliable and personal. But in my area, more and more crews are using apps that sync data instantly. After a mix-up on a job where my handwritten times were off, I gave an app a try. It not only fixed the error but also helped us plan better for the next dive. I'm now fully on board with this new way. It's crazy how a small tool can change your whole routine.

So when does the old notebook get its gold watch? Sounds like it's been put out to pasture for good, you pencil pusher.

Retiring a notebook is a serious move lol. What finally pushed you to shelf it for good, @bell.emma? Was it just full, or did something newer and shinier catch your eye? Always kinda sad when a trusted one hits the end of the road, feels like losing a piece of your brain.
