Hit my first clean 60 foot bell dive this morning after two weeks of struggle

I have been fighting with buoyancy control at depth since I started commercial gigs, especially on the umbilical. This morning I finally got that neutral feeling and hung there for a full 20 minutes without kicking up silt or floating. Has anyone else had that one dive where everything just clicks after a rough patch?

That moment feels so good... I remember fighting with umbilical wraps for weeks before my first clean run like that. Trim your tanks a tick lower on the backplate and take smaller fin kicks when you're on the line, it helps keep that neutral feeling.

Trim your tanks a tick lower" is good advice but honestly nobody talks about how your breathing pattern changes when you stop stressing. I noticed my clicks came after I quit trying so hard and just breathed slow and deep like I was half asleep.
