Got sent down for a simple valve check in the Houston ship channel yesterday

The current was ripping so hard I had to grab a piling and pull myself hand over hand for 20 feet just to get to the work site. My comms cut out for a solid three minutes while I was under the hull, which is never a good feeling. The whole job took twice as long and I came up completely drained. Anyone else have a day where the water just decides to fight you on every single task?
