Best week I ever had offshore was 60 feet down in the Gulf fixing a riser clamp

Everything lined up perfectly that week in March, no currents, zero vis but the job went smooth and we wrapped in 4 days instead of 7. Has anyone else had a streak of easy dives that made you feel like you were cheating?

Tbh the only streak of easy dives I ever had ended with me getting tangled in a rope and having to be fished out by my buddy. Guess the ocean balances the karma eventually.

Man, I used to think diving was mostly just about skill and experience keeping you out of trouble.
