Vent: Spent 4 hours on a CSS grid layout yesterday...

I was so proud I got my nav bar to finally line up, then I opened it on my phone and everything was just a mess. Has anyone else had a layout look perfect on desktop but break completely on mobile?

God that exact thing happens to me all the time. I spent two whole days tweaking a three column grid on desktop, loaded it up on my iphone and all the items were stacked on top of each other like a tower of jenga blocks. It's so frustrating when you think you finally cracked it and then mobile just laughs at you. Hope you find the fix soon because I know how much that sucks.

wait TWO days??? i would've thrown my laptop out the window by hour 3 honestly. you must have the patience of a saint because i can barely handle 20 minutes of fiddling with breakpoints before i start seeing red. jenga blocks lol that is literally the perfect description, mine looked like someone just dumped all the blocks in a pile and called it a day
