The way we used to troubleshoot code together... it's different now.
I was just thinking about how my cousin and I would spend afternoons trying to fix simple syntax errors in our first Python scripts... We'd pass the keyboard back and forth, guessing at what went wrong. Now, he just sends me a link to a forum thread. It's handy, but it feels less like we're figuring it out as a team. Back then, even strangers at the computer lab would lean over and offer tips. These days, most help comes from anonymous usernames online. I'm glad beginners have so many resources, but I hope they still get to experience that in-person collaboration... it really made coding feel like a shared hobby.

Actually, I find it way better now. I used to get stuck for hours waiting for someone to help me, but now I can find an answer in minutes. We still connect, it's just through sharing solutions instead of staring at the same screen.

Totally feel you on that, @reed.nora. It's a huge relief to just find the fix and move on with your day.
