My first for loop in Python ran 3 times and printed nothing, and I think I broke my brain
I typed the loop and the print line at different indent levels and spent 40 minutes convinced Python was broken, so can someone explain indentation like I'm 5 before I throw my laptop in a creek?

Stop blaming Python, indent the print line inside the loop and it will work.
