DAE wish they picked Python over JavaScript for their very first language?
I started with JavaScript because everyone told me it was the one to learn, but after 2 weeks of fighting with curly braces and semicolons I switched to Python and finally wrote my first working script in an afternoon (a dumb little tip calculator). It felt like the training wheels came off. Did anyone else start with one and wish they had gone the other way?
