Update: that $340 quick-change tool holder set was a total waste for my little lathe
Bought the full set from a tool show in Cleveland 5 months ago thinking I'd save time on swaps, but on a 7x12 mini lathe the holders are too tall to center without shimming every single one, so I'm back to the stock 4-way post and out $340, and I'm curious if anyone running a small benchtop lathe found a holder setup that actually fits without shim stacks.
