This week was a nightmare on a 5-axis job, everything went wrong from the get go.
Started Monday with a crash that scraped a $400 workpiece, then my coolant pump died Tuesday and I spent 3 hours rigging a backup. Has anyone else had one of those weeks where you just want to walk out?

Buddy of mine had a coolant pump die three times in one month.

...and after the third one he just gave up and sold the car. Reminded me of my neighbor's old Ford truck, the one with the electric cooling fan that would kick on at random times even with the engine off. Drain his battery twice before he figured out it was the relay stuck shut. He ended up wiring in a manual switch on the dash just to keep it from happening again. Sometimes these cooling systems are more headache than they're worth if you ask me.
