Rant: The week my spindle ate $4,000 worth of parts in one shift

Last Thursday in Toledo, we ran a 240-piece job on the Haas and everything went sideways. The coolant line clogged at part 87, then the tool probe drift started around 140, so I scrapped more parts in 8 hours than I did all last year. My buddy Jake says it's the machine telling me to switch to a rigid tap routine, but I swear it's just bad luck from the humidity change. Anyone else have a single shift that ruined their whole week's numbers, or am I the only one cursed by a Tuesday?
