Figured out why my parts kept coming out .005 oversized on the bore holes

Turns out the other operator was running the roughing cycle twice and never bothered to check the diameter offset, so now I show up 10 minutes early every day just to verify his work, has anyone else dealt with a coworker who refuses to touch the offset page?

10 minutes early every day to check his work means you're basically his babysitter now and that's exactly what management wants you to do so they don't have to fire him.
