PSA: Weekly meal prep stopped my food from going to waste

I used to overbuy and everything would spoil. Now I plan meals ahead, and my garbage has way less in it, lol.

But what happens when your plans change last minute? All that prepped food can still go straight in the TRASH, seems like more waste to me.

Same here, planning ahead really cut down my waste too.
