Old timer at a coffee shop told me my mug handle was a "lawsuit waiting to happen"
He pointed to the hairline crack running through the grip and said one hot pour could snap it clean off. I glued it anyway but now I only use that mug cold, has anyone else had a handle fail on them?

Right? I had a ceramic mug from a local shop that looked totally fine until I poured hot coffee in it and the handle just came off in my hand. Took a chunk out of the rim too and I ended up with coffee all over my counter. Did you at least keep the pieces or just toss the whole thing?
