Am I the only one who thought sealing a cracked mug with milk was nonsense until my dad's old stoneware held up for 3 years?
My dad swore by simmering a cracked mug in milk for 20 minutes back in 2019, and after my favorite green stoneware started leaking last month I finally tried it in my kitchen in Boise, and sure enough it seals up tight, so now I'm wondering if anyone else has tried this trick or if I just got lucky.
