Vent: customer in Cleveland called me back after 6 months because her flue went from black creosote to gray ash
I swept that same chimney in March and came back last week to find the glaze gone, which means she actually took my advice about burning seasoned wood instead of the wet stuff she had piled out back, so has anyone else seen a customer make that switch and get results in under a year?
