Saw a huge drop in callbacks after switching to a new camera setup

I used to use a basic inspection mirror for my chimney video scans. Last month, I bought the FlexiPro 360 camera system for about $800. The difference in just four weeks is crazy. My callbacks for 'missed spots' went from maybe two a month to zero. The old mirror just couldn't show the full flue liner condition like this camera can. Has anyone else seen a big change after upgrading their inspection gear?

Used to think clients were just being picky about missed spots. Then I got a better thermal camera for home inspections. The old one showed blurry hot spots, but the new one makes even small moisture issues obvious. Stopped getting those annoying follow-up questions cold.

Oh man, that's awesome. I had the same thing happen when I finally got a proper sewer camera. My old push rod setup missed hairline cracks all the time. The new one shows every inch clear as day, and my "you didn't find the problem" calls just stopped. Good gear is worth every penny.
