Customer at 7am told me my brushes were 'probably fine' and I'm still mad about it
She watched me pull a half inch of glossy creosote off her flue on the 2200 block of Oak Street and still asked why I needed to do a second pass, so I just want to know how you all handle the folks who think soot is a one and done thing.
