Bought a $95 brush on Amazon that shed bristles into a customer's flue, never again

I grabbed a cheap poly brush off Amazon last month because my regular supplier was backordered two weeks and I had a job in Rochester on a tight schedule. Got up on the roof, ran it maybe 8 feet down, and half the bristles came off the core and went straight into the flue. Had to pull the whole thing apart and vacuum out the mess while the homeowner watched me from the driveway, took an extra 90 minutes. Then I drove back to my supplier and paid $140 for the real thing, so that cheap brush cost me $95 plus a lost afternoon. Anyone else got burned by no name brushes online, and where do you actually order yours from when you need one fast?
