Why does nobody talk about how a $12 probe thermometer beat my $200 one
I used the cheap one on every steak and roast for 6 months straight and it never read off by more than 1 degree, so now my fancy Thermapen sits in the drawer and I want to know if anyone else has a cheap tool that just humiliates the expensive one in their kitchen.
