Shelled out $120 for a proper fish spatula set, total game changer on saute station

I have been using the same beat up metal spatulas for a decade and finally bought a set of flexible fish turners from a kitchen supply shop in Portland. The thin angled edge gets under delicate fillets without tearing them, which means less wasted product and faster plating on busy nights. Has anyone else dropped cash on one specific tool that made their station noticeably smoother?

Funny you mention that, my grandma swore by a rusty old spatula she called "the flipper" and refused to upgrade until it literally snapped mid-flip on a pancake. Ended up buying the same set from a random chef supply store online and now I get why people pay for the flex.
