Pro tip: switched from plating with tweezers to a cheap squeeze bottle and my speed doubled
Used to fuss over every smear with tweezers during Friday dinner rush at the bistro and ended up 20 tickets deep by 8pm. Now I just load herb oil in a $3 squeeze bottle, and last Saturday we cleared the board by 9:15, anyone else ditch the tweezer thing for everyday service?
