My buddy swore the $2 Tuesday bowling deal in Toledo was the best cheap date, and I owe him an apology
Back in March my friend Dan kept bugging me to skip the fancy dinner spot and try the $2 Tuesday games at the old alley off Secor Road, and I brushed him off because it sounded kinda lame. Finally took my girlfriend there two weeks ago and we bowled three games each plus rented shoes for under $15 total, and she had more fun than at the $70 steakhouse we hit for our anniversary. The place has that old wood smell and the nachos are $3, and we stayed almost two hours. I have not stopped thinking about it since. Dan, if you're reading this, you were right and I was a jerk, what other cheap spots am I sleeping on in the midwest?
