Had a neighbor tear into my skillet seasoning technique last weekend
She said I was stripping it down to bare metal way too often and just needed to cook with more oil instead. Tried her method of just doing a thin wipe of crisco after each use for two weeks and my eggs slide off now. Anybody else out there guilty of overstripping?

Wait, are you saying she just wipes crisco on the hot pan after cooking and that's it for seasoning?
