That week in July where every job went sideways

Had three installs in a row last month where the subfloor was just a mess. One in a 1970s split-level had so many high spots I went through a whole extra box of adhesive trying to get it flat. The homeowner actually said, 'Can't you just stretch it tighter?' like that fixes everything. Another place had pet damage so bad we had to cut out and replace a 4x8 foot section of plywood before we could even start. By Friday, I was just done. How do you guys handle it when a whole week feels like one problem after another?

Heard a guy on a podcast call that "the domino effect of bad prep." It just hits different when it's back to back like that.
