That Tuesday we laid 1,400 sq ft of berber in a Tulsa office and the pad glue saved us
Had one of those jobs last Tuesday that could've gone bad fast. We showed up to a 1,400 square foot office in Tulsa at 6am and the old glue was still tacky from whoever pulled the carpet. My helper wanted to scrape it all, but we hit it with a coat of pad glue instead and that berber laid down flat with no bubbles. Finished by 3pm instead of the two days I'd budgeted, and the GC handed us a $200 tip on the spot. Curious if you guys would've scraped it or done the same thing.
