That stretch of carpet in a Denver condo that buckled overnight
I laid a beautiful piece of nylon carpet last Wednesday in downtown Denver. Next morning the homeowner called me screaming about a huge bubble right in the middle. Has anyone else had brand new carpet buckle for no clear reason without any moisture issues?

idk I've seen that happen with bad glue jobs before.

yeah but bad glue jobs usually just make stuff fall off, not look like a crime scene. like if my phone case started peeling i'd just be annoyed not worried it was gonna contaminate the whole building lol. i feel like this is the kind of thing where someone uses the wrong glue for the material and then blames the glue itself. like nah man you can't use super glue on fabric and expect magic. but for real though that picture is giving me secondhand anxiety, my brain keeps trying to figure out what kind of project goes that wrong.
