That $60 seam roller from Home Depot was a total waste
Picked up a seam roller from the big box store last month thinking it'd save me a trip to my supplier. Roller started wobbling after 3 jobs, then the handle cracked on the 4th. Ended up spending $35 on a proper one from a supply house that's built way better. Anyone else stopped buying tools at HD for carpet work?

Your buddy got burned on that "big box store" seam roller too. Picked one up from HD, thing started squeaking on the second carpet job. Took it back the next week and just grabbed a proper one from a supply house for $30.
