Noticed a huge difference in seams after I switched my blade heat

Used to seam with the iron at medium and got visible lines on every job, especially in the summer heat of Phoenix. I bumped it higher and changed my blade every room, now the seams basically disappear for the client. Has anyone else played with temperature or blade swaps and seen that kind of before and after?

Could be placebo, seams barely show in natural light anyway.
