Hit 200 carpets last week without a single callback

Been at this 12 years and that 200 mark felt big. Means my seams are staying straight and nobody's tripping on wrinkles. How many jobs do you guys go before you get a complaint?

Man, that 200 number is wild. I wonder if customers even notice the good seams as much as the bad ones, you know? Like a perfect row is invisible but one snag is all they remember.

I read somewhere that carpet installers get about 3 seconds of visual inspection from most homeowners before they move on to their phones. So you're right, they don't notice the good stuff, only the bad. That 200 streak means you've avoided the one thing that sticks in their head, which is harder than it sounds. Most people just see a floor, but we see the work behind it.
