Hit 15 years in the trade and the number that got me was 2,000.

That's how many yards of carpet I figure I've stretched and tacked down. It hit me when I was finishing a 30-yard job in a Phoenix split-level and realized I've done that same basic motion a couple thousand times. Anyone else ever stop and count up their miles of installed floor?
