A 30-year installer in Waco asked why I still stretch by feel instead of using a power stretcher
He said he's seen more seams fail from guys guessing at tension than from any glue or tape issue, and now I'm second guessing my whole method on these 40 oz berbers. Anyone got a tension gauge they actually trust, or do you just go by the knee kicker and prayers?
