Warning: I used to cut crown flat against the fence until a job in Scottsdale went sideways.

Now I always cut it upside down and backwards after watching a guy on my crew do it in 15 minutes. Anyone have a better trick for those crazy 38 degree angles?

Cutting it upside down and backwards is the only way I'll do it now too. It feels weird at first but you get way more control over the angle. I messed up a few pieces before it finally clicked.

So @jade_lane, what kind of saw were you using when you figured out that upside-down trick?
