A trim carpenter in Denver told me my scribe lines were lazy, now I take 3 extra passes and it shows
He said 'you're cutting once but measuring twice, that's backwards' and after I spent 20 minutes redoing a crown molding corner on a $4,800 job, I realized he was right, but has anyone else found that slower scribing actually pays off on trim, or is it just for the fussy high-end clients?
