Why nobody talks about the burnout after 3 months in a remote job

I started a fully remote gig back in February, and everyone was hyping the freedom and no commute. But by month 3 I was staring at my screen for 10 hours a day with zero boundaries, and my sleep schedule was a mess. My manager at ZoomTech Corp literally said "just log off when you're done" but the work never actually ends. Has anyone else hit this weird slump around the 90 day mark?

Three months hit me hard too, I used to love remote work.

Working remotely for 5 years changed my whole rhythm. The first 3 months were awful, like losing my balance. I had to force myself to get dressed and leave the house just to feel normal. Now I split my time between home and a coffee shop to break up the monotony.
