Took me 11 days to get my security clearance paperwork fixed because of one wrong digit on my SF-86
Spent 11 days going back and forth with my HR rep over a single mistyped number on my SF-86 that stalled my start date at a defense contractor in Norfolk, and I'm wondering if anyone else has had a hiring process blow up over something that small.

I always figured those clearance hiccups were just stuff people made up for drama, but 11 days over one digit is wild. Guess it really is that picky once your file is in the system. Hope your start date got sorted out after all that.
