Took a demotion to escape a toxic boss in Columbus, doubting myself
Last month I stepped down from a team lead role to an individual contributor spot after my manager screamed at me in front of 12 people, and now my new coworkers keep asking why I'm here, so has anyone else gone backwards on paper and actually found it worth it?
