That one critique about my resume bullet points changed everything
A hiring manager at a small tech firm told me my resume was 'too task focused' and that I needed to show actual results. I went back and changed each bullet to include a number or percentage, like 'cut processing time by 30% after switching to a new system' instead of just listing what I did. Got called back for an interview within 2 weeks after that. Has anyone else gotten feedback that made them rewrite their whole resume?
