Spent $400 on a career coaching program and got nothing useful

I paid $400 for a 6-week career coaching program last year that promised to help me switch industries. All they gave me was generic resume tips I could have found on YouTube for free. Has anyone else wasted money on these programs and found something that actually works?

Didn't I read that most career coaches don't even have HR backgrounds themselves?

$400 just means you didn't do the free homework first.
