Just noticed most people put their desk at the wrong height on their first try

I watched three new hires at my office in Austin set up their standing desks with the monitor an inch too low and the keyboard tray too high, then complain about shoulder pain for a week before I asked if anyone had shown them the 90 degree elbow rule, which fixed it immediately has anyone else noticed how many people skip this basic setup step?

90 degree elbow rule" - sounds like a drinking game I'd actually win.

Nah @jenny_carr52, think it's actually the opposite. A 90 degree elbow means you're cutting it close on a ladder or scaffold. Bad angle for your back and balance. All it takes is one bad twist reaching sideways and you're falling. Seen guys try it on extension ladders trying to save a few seconds. Ends up costing them way more in hospital bills. Just gotta take the time to reposition the ladder.
