Hit 100 rejections on my job hunt and it made me better

I started counting after my third month looking for a new marketing role, and hitting that number last week was a weird relief. It stopped feeling personal and just became a process I had to get through. Anyone else track their numbers and find it helps?

Honestly that's a brutal way to gamify failure. At least you got a high score, I guess. Most people would have quit at like level 20.
