A hiring manager in Phoenix told me to cut my resume to one page and I finally did it
I sent out 47 resumes over 5 months with a two page resume and got two callbacks. Last week a hiring manager at a Phoenix job fair looked at it for about 10 seconds and asked why my last job from 2019 was still on top. I moved my recent work up, deleted the old stuff, and got it down to one page. Got 3 interview requests in 9 days after that, which never happened before. Has anyone else had a recruiter push back on resume length like that?
