A client told me my project emails were too long and people were skimming them, so I started using bullet points and putting the main ask in the first line.
Has anyone else found a simple trick that made your work communication way more effective?

Is this really a problem that needs a special fix? Most people just skim emails anyway, no matter how you write them. If someone's not reading your stuff, maybe the issue is they have too many emails, not your style. Seems like basic stuff, not some big secret to working better.

Wait, did you just say people skim emails no matter what? That's wild. So you're telling me you send out important stuff knowing nobody reads it? That's how things get missed, man. If you don't even try to make it clear, you're part of the problem. Might be basic to you, but a lot of people clearly don't get it.
