Found a way to make cardboard corners hold up better after my last fort collapsed on me
Last weekend I was building a castle fort for my nephew and the corners kept folding in. I tried taping some spare wooden chopsticks inside the box seams and it held solid for hours. Anyone else got a trick for reinforcing those flimsy spots?

Used some old bamboo skewers I had lying around for the same thing lol. Poked them through the cardboard at the corners and it worked way better than I thought. Also tried cutting thin strips of corrugated plastic from a old sign and taping them inside the seams, that stuff is tough as nails. The skewers and chopsticks trick is solid though, I'm going to steal that for my next build. Hot glue on the inside folds helps too if you don't mind burning your fingers a bit haha.

The corrugated plastic trick is genius, I'm stealing that one for sure.
