Appreciation post: I thought the dryer sheet trick was nonsense until my cat claimed my 4 foot box tower
My neighbor Marcy swore wiping down a fort with a used dryer sheet would keep her cat from shredding the flaps, and after she tried it on my tower in Reno two Saturdays back, the thing sat untouched for a full week.

Read somewhere that citrus smells can bother cats, guess that's the trick.
