I finally hit 50 nights in my tent this year and it felt way bigger than I expected
Honestly, I just wanted to get out more after a rough spring, so I started tallying nights on a sticky note in my truck, and somehow hitting that 50 mark last weekend made me realize I actually stuck with something for once instead of burning out by June.

That first sticky note is what gets you. I was the same way last year, wrote down "maybe camp 10 times" on a napkin and fell off by May. Started fresh this spring with a notebook in the glovebox, figured I'd get maybe 20 nights. When I hit 35 in early August it actually made me want to push for more instead of losing steam like always.

That notebook in the glovebox trick worked for me too.
