A customer told me my bench was too clean and it actually made sense

I always thought a spotless bench was the goal, but a mechanic friend said the same thing. He said a little honest wear shows you actually use your tools and know what you're doing. It makes the space feel lived-in and trustworthy. Changed how I see my own garage now lol.
